Prof (Dr.) Tutul Chattopadhyay, Professor of Community Medicine is an eminent academician and public health expert. She did her MBBS from Calcutta National Medical College in 1979. She holds the Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology from Chittaranjan Seba Sadan (1982) and the MD (Social and Preventive Medicine) in 1995 from the prestigious All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health.
She has worked in West Bengal Health Service from 1983 to 1991. She has vast experience in teaching and administration in West Bengal Medical Education Service where she has served as both undergraduate and post graduate teacher as well as examiner and Thesis Guide for more than 27 years.
She has superannuated from West Bengal Medical Education Service as Medical Superintendent Cum Vice Principal of ID and BG hospital & subsequently joined Shri Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences & Sanaka Hospitals in August, 2019.
She has 15 National and International publications in the field of public health. She has been a resource person in many conferences and workshops.

B.Sc NURSING
